Prairie Unique is scenically located on the Lewis and Clark Trail along the Yellowstone River below the badlands of the Calypso Trail in Prairie County. We are in the plains man portion of the great state of Montana, where the deer and antelope play as well as where the buffalo grass grow, and only 30 miles from Montana's largest state park, Makoshika. Prairie Unique grew out of our love for eastern Montana, we are proud Prairie County residents who obtain the unique in gifts and toys for our customers. We stock a huge supply of gifts and souvenirs made in our beautiful state of Montana. These items are crafted from native woods berries and stones by Montanans. We stock everything, from agates to wool sheepskins. Since our selection is so great, we list only our favorites and recommendations for the month in our advertising. Prairie County is rich in history and natural beauty. The area hosted wealth in the presence of plentiful wildlife and rich native grasses, long before Brigadier General Alfred Howe Terry embarked upon the ill-fated journey of the Yellowstone Campaign of 1876 or Lewis & Clark encamped along our riverbanks in 1805. We are preparing to be your store for Lewis and Clark information in eastern Montana!
