To walk into this fine art gallery on Broadway of Red Lodge, Montana is like walking into the great room of a Ponderosa ranch home warmed equally by a massive rock fireplace and the genuine western hospitality of days gone by. Common Ground Western Art and Gifts is filled with items that capture the very essence of our Montana heritage.
Adventure comes alive with western pieces by Bradford J. Williams, bronze sculptor. On display are decoys by carver David Ritter and walls lined with beautiful color landscapes by Carter E. Gowl, photographer. There are original oils by Brent Flory, original watercolors by Luke Buck and handmade fine jewelry by Stephen Estelle. Owner Mary L. Allen and her staff enjoy the opportunity to acquaint you with the history of each piece and information about the artist. If you are a first time collector or have collected for years, Mary can help you make the right selection.
