Themed 'Montana 1900', Latigo & Lace dresses up Main Street with its western storefront complete with barn wood siding, cedar shakes and a distinctive sign above the door. To promote and support the many artists who live in the region, Latigo & Lace has found wonderful and unusual things that reflect the old western heritage of the area, as well as interest in the local scenery and wildlife. You can find fine art by regional artists, antler carvings, photography of the area, unusual pottery, hand woven rugs and baskets by local artists, beautiful quilted and sewn things, jewelry, Indian beadwork, vests with hand painted scenes with silk ribbon embroidery.Even if you're not a shopper, take a much needed break from the road at the Cappuccino Bar, where you can soak up information as well as a latte or Italian soda.
Directions: Latigo and Lace is on Highway 287, the shortest and most scenic route between Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks. We are 55 miles west of Great Falls, 80 miles north of Helena, and 110 miles south of Glacier National Park.
