A world of wondrous natural beauty and superb outdoor recreation awaits you at the Cheff Guest Ranch. Here is just a glimpse of the marvelous experience you will enjoy during a ranch vacation or one of our summer and fall pack trips. We accept accommodations-only reservations during June, July and August, and switch to hunting trips and pack trips for September through November. We can accommodate you and your family at our guest house; 7 bedrooms, 5 baths, 3 are private. Plus, we just added 2 guest cabins, complete with kitchenettes. Overnight guests, as well as those planning longer visits, are welcome to enjoy the hospitality of the Cheff Ranch. Delicious ranch-style meals are served in the lodge. If you are planning a day-long excursion while staying at the ranch, we will be happy to provide a picnic lunch. Guests can stay from 3 day minimum to a week stay (7 days/6 nights) starting Monday at noon through Sunday after breakfast. We also have Bed and Breakfast prices by the night or our cabins can be rented by the week. The Cheff Guest Ranch lies on a mountainside overlooking the Mission Valley. Guests may choose to take part in the daily routine of our cattle and horse ranch or spend their time exploring our area, swimming in a nearby mountain lake or just relaxing among the tall pine and fir trees on the ranch lawn. The National Wildlife Refuge, in the valley below, has plenty of trout streams and lakes full of bass, bullhead, perch and sunfish to challenge and delight all fishermen. Full service guest at the ranch include 3 meals, room and horseback riding twice a day. Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake in the Western United States, the National Bison Range and the Jesuit Mission in St. Ignatius are just a few of the scenic and historic attractions located nearby. Glacier National Park and Hungry Horse Dam are both just two hours away.
