The Circle Bar Guest Ranch is located in the foothills of the Little Belt Mountains of Central Montana. Fourteen hundred acres of private land, surrounded by the Lewis and Clark National Forest and the Judith River Elk Refuge, provide spectacular sightseeing and horseback trails. Antelope and both white tail and mule deer are plentiful. The elk herd is said to be one of the healthiest in the state of Montana. The ranch offers versatile hunting from both the home ranch or the back country where our Middle Fork camp is located. We offer both guided and unguided hunts, suited to each hunter's specific needs. Our guides are licensed by the state and are chosen from the local area for their expertise on animal habits and their knowledge of the terrain. We are proud of our fine reputation and work hard to maintain a quality experience for each and every hunter. The Circle Bar Guest Ranch is in the heart of Big Sky Country and appeals to those who enjoy unspoiled western ranch life. Enjoy the wildflower-filled meadows and heavily timbered slopes while riding to check cattle fences. Other rides may include visiting an old homestead, authentic Blackfeet Indian caves painted with pictographs, or a trip to the mysterious Hole In The Ground. Other unique experiences we offer include our spring and fall cattle drives, three - five day pack trips, or a yearly trail ride and historical tour focusing on artist Charlie Russell's earliest beginnings in Montana. Our fine string of horses, delicious home cooked meals, and comfortable cabins all combine to make a most enjoyable stay. For additional information, please call.
