This quaint two-story country home has four bedrooms and a bath upstairs, kitchen, dining room, living room and den/bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. Horses standing in the fields, chickens in the yard. The backyard opens to reveal a three acre pond surrounded by ponderosa pines, quaking aspens and willow trees. Pheasants, ducks and birds nest here in the summer along with painted turtles and geese. Would be open to renting to more than one family at a time because of the ability to sleep up to eleven in beds, plus four couch spots. What a great idea for two families to rent together, bring the kids and have a great week skiing, snowmobiling and having just great winter fun. Or a summer vacation hub from which to see Glacier Park, go to a waterslide, an Amazing Maze and many other sights within minutes of 'home'. Great place for a small family reunion, a wedding reception, Christmas or Thanksgiving getaway. What do we provide' Everything is here except the food. There will be a first meal in the freezer, fresh coffee to brew and maybe some breakfast buns. Then it's off to the grocery store for you. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kitchen and dining tables. Furniture, bed linens are all provided clean and ready for you. What do you provide' 1/2 the money in advance, for as many weeks as you want and a good credit card # for security deposit. Your own transportation after arrival. Your own groceries. Your first meal is provided to give you a chance to familiarize yourself with the kitchen. Your deposit reserves your desired week. Rent due before occupancy, plus $150 cleaning fee and Montana bed tax of 4 percent. Upon request 'Scout' the resident mountain man or 'Stu' the old time cowboy can ride in around the pond in the evening and present his fireside program on the fur trade or early cowboys in Montana, accompanied by authentic gear and items of the era. $50/program
