We are located 6 miles northwest of Hamilton in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley, Montana. We're in a rural setting that offers an abundance of restful sights, sounds and activities.

After you explore downtown Hamilton, tour some historical places, or have an outdoor adventure, you'll want to rest yourself on a porch overlooking 10 miles across this beautiful valley. We have three accommodations for your enjoyment - the Log Cabin, the Carriage House, and the Guest House.

The Log Cabin was built in the 1930's and is a historic and rustic retreat with modern conveniences. Enjoy your meals on the large deck overlooking the valley. Original wood floors throughout keep your feet cool in the summertime while skylights make for a bright living room and kitchen. There is a wood burning stove and a propane furnace. The Log Cabin accommodates 4 people with a queen log-bed in the master bedroom and bunk beds in the second bedroom.

The Carriage House was built in the 1920's. This romantic 1-bedroom home has the charm of a European chalet without the strange accent. Lofty ceilings and wood textures provide a nice balance between cozy and bright. It accommodates 2-3 people.

The Guest House is a modern 2-bedroom home built in 1994. Lots of windows and skylights provide an abundance of light to the living areas. A propane furnace efficiently heats the house. There's enough room on the spacious deck for the whole family to enjoy a meal while gazing out on the valley. The Guest House accommodates 4-6 people with a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the second bedroom.

Directions: The Big Sky View Vacation Homes are located about 45 miles south of Missoula, Montana and 90 miles north of Salmon, Idaho

.South on Highway 93 from Missoula: Turn right (west) at Woodside Crossing - the traffic signal 7 miles south of Victor and about 2 miles north of Hamilton city limits. Proceed up Dutch Hill Road 2.5 miles until you reach Bowman Road. Turn left (south) and after 1.1 miles, turn right into our driveway at 753-759 Bowman Road. You've arrived!

North on Highway 93 from Idaho: Continue on the 93 through Hamilton. Just after the bridge crossing the Bitterroot River, turn left (west) onto Bowman Road. Follow this road as it winds and climbs the west side of the valley for 3.5 miles. Turn left into our driveway at 753-759 Bowman Road. You've arrived!
