Team Building and Experiential Learning Programs in a Big Sky Way.
The Outdoor Wilderness Leadership School's Executive Training Center, OWLS ETC, is now offering new, world-class experiential education program opportunities for guests and clients of Big Sky Resort. Focused on learning, managing change, teaming skills, communication and fun, groups of all sizes can participate in low initiative course simulations, portable ropes challenge course events, or adventure based recreational activities. The activities provide practical tools that focus on individual and team performance. Participants are challenged to continuously improve and produce new and powerful results in an environment that's supportive, physically and emotionally safe, and gives each individual the choice as to how they participate.
Big Sky Resort is collaborating with OWLS ETC to provide these professional, experiential programs and opportunities for our guests:
