Recognized for her many talents as a musician and an artist at a very young age, Ms. Montana was singing on the radio at the age of 12. Shortly thereafter, she began honing her skills as an artist and was soon studying under Pulitzer Prize winner Hutton Webster Jr., Harold Von Schmidt, and the world-renowned Norman Rockwell. Following entrepreneurial endeavors in the cattle ranching and construction industries, Ms. Montana opened Mary Montana Studio Gallery in Helena, Montana in 1998 to showcase her own work and the works of numerous other artists. To this end, the gallery owns a federal copyright and caters to Indian, Metropolitan, and printing artwork. To remain current in this and other fields, Ms. Montana is a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers. Dedicated to continued promotion of the arts, Ms. Montana works diligently to fulfill her mission to teach the world about art and its benefits to mankind.
