Sitting on a hilltop overlooking Big Sky, you'll revel in the views of Lone Mountain, Spanish Peaks, Sweet Grass Meadows and the picturesque Meadow Village below. Look out over the 16th hole of Big Sky's excellent golf course in summer, view the cross country skiers as they traverse the groomed runs on the golf course in winter, all from your perch in front of a magnificent stone fireplace in our 38' x 18' Great Room. Cathedral ceilings enhance the already gorgeous views in the Great Room, Master Bedroom and one other first floor bedroom. Three decks, including a private deck off the Master bedroom, add outdoor living space. The front porch welcomes you and your guests. You'll delight in cooking in our large gourmet eat-in kitchen, which features huge counter space and a 18' breakfast bar that seats six. The open floor plan between kitchen, dining alcove and Great Room makes entertaining a snap. The master bedroom suite includes a large bedroom with king-sized bed, a sitting area with comfy leather chairs, a walk-in closet/dressing room and bath with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and shower. Our house offers three other bedrooms: a guest room with king-sized bed; another with twin beds and one with queen sized bed. The lower level includes a family room with large fieldstone fireplace and access to the lower deck. Other amenities include a two car garage and laundry and mud rooms off of the kitchen. The Big Sky Mountain resort, site of some of the best downhill skiing in the country, is minutes away by car, or accessible by Ski Shuttle in winter just feet from our house. Yellowstone National Park, home to vast herds of bison, elk and other wildlife, is magical winter and summer, and is only 45 minutes away. Big Sky is paradise to anglers seeking tranquility and abundant fish in the Gallatin River and other nearby fishing spots. Other Big Sky amenities include golf, tennis, mountain biking, kayaking, river rafting, and hiking some of the most beautiful trails imaginable.
