A 42 inch TV/DVD, stereo with satellite TV complete the vacation home.
Red Lodge, Montana, is located about an hour northeast of Yellowstone National Park on the east slope of the spectacular Beartooth Mountains. The Beartooth Highway is one of the most spectacular National Forest routes on this continent. To many, it is known as 'the most beautiful highway in America.' From its beginning at the border of the Custer National Forest to its terminus near the northeast entrance to Yellowstone National Park, the Beartooth Highway (US 212) offers travelers the ultimate high-country experience as it travels through the Custer, Shoshone, and Gallatin National Forests.
Walk out the door to head fishing, for a hike through the trees to Rock Creek, or just sit on the deck and enjoy the deer and moose that wander by. Directions: Tanglewood Cabin is located 5 miles north of Red Lodge off of Highway 212, 55 miles from Billings, Montana. About a 45 minute, drive to the top of the Beartooth Mountains for endless summer recreation. A short 15 minute drive to Red Lodge Mountain Ski Resort.
