Enjoy the comfort and quiet of this new Townhouse on Valhalla Court, completed by a true craftsman in October 2004. He has taken great care in this beautifully appointed home, building into it the sound silence. If you like wood finishing, you will love it here. .Your Bozeman home has a master bedroom with bath, a second bedroom, a main bath, a den/stereo room, tiled laundry room, large tiled entry area and a splendid great room, a bit reminiscent of a hunting lodge, with the home's living area, dining area and kitchen -1,930 square feet in all, plus a two car garage. It is entirely on one floor, with wide doors for easy navigating. Nine-foot ceilings give an added feeling of spaciousness.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, with gently support that will spoil you. The absolutely scrumptious microfiber comforter, soft as a chick, is perfect to snuggle down in and watch the TV on those cool nights. The master bath has granite counter tops, tiled floor and access to the walk-in closet.
The second bedroom is very large. It also has a king size bed with microfiber comforter, TV, a large oak dresser and a wealth of closet space. It is next to the main bath, which has a full shower/tub and granite counter top.
The laundry has a new Whirlpool washer and dryer pair and lots of beautiful cabinet space. The great room is complete with all new furniture-a LaZBoy recliner/rocker and a five-seat sectional with chaise lounge face the gas fireplace and the large entertainment center with TV and VCR. From the dining area an eight-foot high sliding glass door opens to the deck with a view of the Bridger Creek Golf Course. On the deck is a patio table and chair set, and a Weber gas grill. The kitchen is stocked with two sets of dishes and tableware, coffee maker, toaster, an extensive array of cookware and a glorious drawer full of kitchen gadgets. The kitchen features a hardwood floor, granite counter tops, and gleaming black appliances, including a gas range/oven for the discriminating cook. The dining table seats six beneath a variable-brightness lighted ceiling fan. The counter seats up to four. Extensions for the table expand it to seating for ten.
A world-class stereo system awaits you in the den/stereo room, with legendary Apogee Diva speakers and Krell electronics. A library of 350 compact disks, mostly classical and jazz, with a sprinkling of country. A seven foot oak desk with hutch is ready for your office needs and to host your computer. There is a monitor, printer, speakers, keyboard, phone connection and power center set to go. Just plug and play. And there are books'
