This newly remodeled five-bedroom home has a central location in the Paradise Valley, with river and mountain views! With the private location, close to the river, yet not far from town, it's a wonderful spot for a retreat for family and/or friends. The home is approximately 4000 square feet, on two levels. The home overlooks the Yellowstone River, and a short walk from the house will take guests down to a beautiful picnic area right at the river's edge.
There are five bedrooms and 3.5 baths in the home. On the main floor is the gorgeous master bedroom with king size bed and a nice sitting area with views of the Yellowstone River. There is a private bath with a deep ""garden"" tub and a separate shower. At the other end of the home are two additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a full bath in the hallway between the two bedrooms. Downstairs are two more bedrooms. One has a queen size bed. The other is a ""bunk room"" with three double size beds. There is a full bath with stall shower shared by these two bedrooms. Then, off the living area upstairs is a half bath as well.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric range, double ovens, coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, etc. There is a full set of dishes, pots and pans, supplies, as well as a fully stocked spice cabinet. The dining room will seat eight comfortably and is open to the living room, which is ideal for larger groups. In addition, there is a breakfast table for four off the kitchen, plus gatherings can overflow out to the seating on the deck.
The large, open living room has glass doors to the front deck. There is a fabulous rock fireplace and plenty of comfortable furniture for relaxing. There is a second family room on the lower level, with more space for relaxing, with a television, and VCR as well as a pool table and dart board
.Enjoy walking or driving down to the edge of the river. Guests are welcome to spend time by the river at this access, and it is also great for the beginning or end of a float trip down the river. After a day of hiking, biking, horseback riding or rafting, guests can relax with a nice soak in the hot tub and some evening star gazing.
This home provides high speed internet access, for those who need some office time while they are here.

Directions: This newly remodeled five-bedroom home has a central location in the Paradise Valley. The home is located about halfway between the fun, western town of Livingston, and the town of Gardiner which is the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The small town of Emigrant is just a few miles away, with a grocery store, saloon, gas station and post office.
