This one room cabin is about 1,000 square feet, and is designed wonderfully to accommodate up to eight guests. There are four bunkbeds along two walls of the cabin - a total of eight full size beds. In the center of this large space is a small woodstove for extra heat, in addition to the electric baseboards. The one full bath with tub and shower is at the bedroom end of the cabin. At the other end of the cabin is the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area which will seat up to eight. The best part of the cabin is the front porch. It's the full length of the front of the cabin and is a great place to just kick back and relax.
The horse barn on the property is well designed with four indoor stalls. There are two outdoor paddocks also, with safe, new wood fencing. There is an area to store tack and feed, and water is available to fill the tanks at the paddocks.
The cabin sits along the bottom of a bluff, facing the Judith River. The river is a short walk from the cabin, probably less than 1/4 of a mile away. Spring Creek is a good size river as well that joins the Judith River on the property. There is just one neighbor within sight, a small farm across the river from the cabin. The property adjoins 1,000 acres of State Land as well. A permit to use the State Land can be obtained in Lewistown, as well as fishing permits.
