Our architecturally designed home named War Dance is in the Mountain Village of the Big Sky Ski and Summer Resort. War Dance is in one of the best locations in the Mountain Village - a secluded, residential cul-de-sac where it is nestled in the trees on a half acre site. The Middle Fork Creek of the Gallatin River runs below and you can easily walk down to its edge. Lake Levinsky is a very short walk up from our home. In the winter, our home is ski in/out accessible. All year round our home is an excellent base to explore Yellowstone National Park. The park boundary is just 18 miles from our home. The official west entrance is only a thirty minute drive farther.
Custom built, War Dance has 3,000 square feet of luxury for discriminating travelers. There are three bedrooms, three and one-half baths and living areas on two levels. The exterior is redwood with stone accents. The interior has soaring ceilings and expansive windows with beautiful, unobstructed views. The furnishings and artwork are exquisite and reflect the genuine feel of the western Rocky Mountains.
The King size master suite sleeps two and has a sitting area, a private deck, a private bath with double sinks, a shower and a Jacuzzi tub. The Queen size guest bedroom sleeps two and also has a private bath with double sinks and a large deck. Our bunk bedroom sleeps two to four in two upper twin beds (not suitable for adults) and two lower double beds. There is a full bath in the hall. Also in the family room, which is located downstairs between the guest bedroom and the bunk bedroom, is overflow sleeping for two on a queen size Murphy wall bed. The door opens to a deck and a boardwalk to the outdoor hot tub.
There is generous seating in the living room with a wood burning double-sided fireplace. The dining room has seating for ten and the door opens to a deck with a picnic table. The kitchen has seating for four, service for twelve and is fully equipped.
Additionally, there is a pantry with a washer and dryer and an enclosed and heated two car garage with a boot and glove dryer. We provide every amenity to make your stay an enjoyable one. We do not permit smoking or pets.
Skiing, hiking, fishing, wildlife viewing and mountain biking opportunities are right outside our door. Golf, tennis, swimming, river rafting, horseback riding are minutes away by car. Or perhaps you would be content sitting on the deck (with an occasional owl, moose or bear) listening to the creek go by. From the peaceful vacationer to the sports enthusiast, there is something for everyone in Big Sky - the 'last best place'.

Directions: The beautiful vacation home, War Dance, is located in the Mountain Village of the Big Ski and Summer Resort. Approximately 51 miles south of Bozeman (airport code BZN) and a short one hour drive through the spectacular Gallatin National Forest.
