Policy Information: Minimum 5 night stay. $500 security deposit that will be held in rental agent's account. Will be refunded after satisfactory property inspection, usually within 5-7 days. Nonrefundable 50% deposit/balance owed. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival that is nonrefundable beyond the 60 day limit. If you cancel, we will refund your money (less $100 handling fee) if we are able to rebook your dates.
