High Line Heritage Resources welcomes you to Havre and Hill County! High Line Heritage Resources offers guided walking tours of a portion of our beautiful 36-block Havre Residential Historic District. Featured on the outdoor tour are the homes of prominent citizens, such as H. Earl Clack and F. A. Buttrey, alongside the homes of those not as well known, but are equally important. Along the way, Emily will share her extensive knowledge of the homes and area history, including personal stories and photographs from her immense collection.The tours begin and end in front of the historic Boone and Dalrymple home, one of the oldest in the historic district, located at 132 Third Street, across from the new Post Office, only two blocks from Highway 2. Afternoon tours are at 1:00 and 3:30pm Monday through Saturday and in the evening at 7:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, except holidays. The tour costs $5.00 per person, children under 10 are free and must be accompanied by an adult. Group and school tour rates are available; please call for more information. Other times and portions of the historic district and Old Downtown Havre are available by special arrangement only. Sunday and holiday tours area available at premium pricing.
