2nd Look Gallery is Bozeman's newest art gallery, located at 27 East Main downstairs. Penny Lewis, a retired Thoroughbred race horse trainer, decided that after 30 years of extensive travel and art collecting to open a new and unique Gallery. Penny consigns previously owned art and unique furniture. 2nd Look also features original artists and local craftsmen.
Currently 2nd Look displays quite a variety of collectible art. There are originals by Thomas DeDecker, Larry Zabel, Larry Pirnie and David Swanson. She has signed and numbered prints by Fred Stone, Red Skelton, Russell Chatham, Bev Doolittle, Nancy Glazier and Tucker Smith. 2nd Look also features a great collection of furniture made by local craftsman such as Jeff Hill, known for his unique willow framed mirrors, and Craig Chainey, known for his quality furniture made from antique reclaimed wood. You can also find great antique pieces placed elegantly to compliment the art and to provide a classy, yet homey atmosphere.
