A town for all seasons, Philipsburg! Once a thriving 1890s silver boom town, Philipsburg is now a renovated business district on the National Historic Register and Montana's Prettiest Painted Places. Several ghost towns to visit, along with fishing, boating, camping, skiing, snowmobiling and prospecting for sapphires. Come for a visit any time of the year, as we truly are a town for all seasons. The Philipsburg Chamber of Commerce meets for lunch every third Tuesday of the month. It sponsors a walking tour of the many historic buildings in the National Historic District, along with several events throughout the year. We welcome visitors to our community with open arms!
Directions: The Philipsburg Chamber of Commerce is located in the old Courtney Hotel, now the Granite County Museum and Cultural Center. Our chamber is committed to serving the Philipsburg community businesses, the town as a whole, and each and every visitor.
