Located on the shores of Lake McDonald in the village of Apgar is the quaint and modest Village Inn. The Village Inn was built in 1956 and has 36 rooms, all of which have views of Lake McDonald. Guests can open their eyes every morning to the stunning views of Glacier National Park. It doesn't take long to see why Montana is called 'Big Sky Country' as the amazing blue skies outline the imposing mountain peaks.

Do not miss the adventure of the scenic interpretive red 'jammer' bus tours departing from the village as they continue up the famous Going-to-the-Sun Road. Directions: Village Inn at Apgar is located in the west side Glacier National Park, just off the Going-to-the Sun road in Apgar, approximately three miles from the west entrance to the park, which is located off of Highway 2 at West Glacier. Some units offer kitchen and cooking facilities. All units have lake front views.
