The Wolf Point Museum first opened its doors in June of 1972. Display's revolve around the artifacts and belongings of the first settlers and homesteaders who arrived here in the late 1800's, and largely during homesteading around 1914 and 1915. . .Located on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation, and in the bend of the 'muddy Missouri River,' Indian artifacts are featured, with their culture preserved, along with the dates and sites of their colorful Pow Wows in June and July. Directions: The museum is located in the basement of the Public Library at 220 2nd Avenue South and one block south of Main Street East in downtown Wolf Point.
