West Bridger Trail (129) starts at the junction with Lower Deer Creek Trail 5. It travels east over the Deer Creek - Bridger Creek Divide to the West Bridger Creek Road. The trail accesses Lower Deer Creek Rental Cabin. Primarily used during the hunting season and cattle grazing season.Length: 3.0 miles. Directions: West Bridger Trail is located 29 miles southeast of Big Timber and is accessed by taking the Bridger Creek Exit 384 and travel south 8 miles to the junction of West Brider. Turn right and continue on West Bridger Road 5 miles to the trailhead which is identified with a trail sign. Access may be limited in spring, fall and winter due to snow.
