Agnes Lake Trail (122) is located in the Pioneer Mountains. The trail begins on the east side of Brownes Lake at the State campground and ends 0.5 mile east of Long Branch Lake on Willow Creek Road.

The first segment of the Agnes Lake Trail climbs 1.5 miles and almost 1,000 feet in elevation to Agnes Lake. The grade is quite steep in places. Most of the trail is in dense timber, but there are occasional openings for viewing. The last 0.5 mile to Agnes Lake is an old jeep road and is closed to motorized vehicles April 1 to December 1.

Agnes Lake covers 99 acres and has sandy beaches. The trail climbs westward along the north side of the lake. The trail continues to the north of Rainbow Lake for another 1.5 miles and ends on the Willow Creek Road.

Directions: The trail can be accessed from either end. To access from Brownes lake, take I-15 north of Dillon for 22 miles, take the Glen Exit and follow the signs to the west for 8 miles up Rock Creek to Brownes Lake Campground. The trailhead is on the south side of the campground

.To access from Willow Creek, take I-15 north of Dillon for 12 miles, take the Apex Exit and travel west up Birch Creek Road 9 miles to the junction with Willow Creek Road. Take Willow Creek Road for 9 miles to the trailhead located in a timber harvest area.
