Guard station is a cabin with an 8 person capacity. Cabin is rustic but has electricity and an airtight woodstove for heat (firewood provided). Cooking facilities and bunks (without mattresses) provided. Additional classroom facility also available to accommodate large group functions. Classroom is furnished with a blackboard, ping pong table, benches, tables and chairs, electricity and woodstove with firewood but no cooking facilities. Drinking water available year round. Site also includes field space for camping, games, playing ball, etc. There is a large fire pit with benches near the East Fork River. Winter access may require 3/4-mile travel by snowmobile or skis/snowshoes. Directions: Travel 1 mile north of the Sula Ranger Station on US Highway 93, then 15 miles east on the East Fork (County Road) Road 472.
