On the Bozeman Trail, and on route to Yellowstone National Park via scenic Beartooth Highway through Cooke City, to Silvergate, MT northeast entrance, or through Cody, WY, to Park's east entrance, ROCKCREEK CAMPGROUND is a great travel destination or stop over. Located on 15 acres, 10 acres mowed, with 3 groves of cottonwood trees, Rock Creek borders the full length on the south. Creek fishing (MT license); RV and tent sites, overnight, or by the week, or month. Lots of room between RV spaces; wide choice of tent sites. Dogs on leash, under control at all times. Affordable economy rates: request senior discount; group rates for picnics or camping available; electric, water hookups, and RV dump available. Hot showers, flush toilets, coin-operated laundry, swings and slide for kids, horseshoes, picnic tables, cooking grills and a recreation room are available.
We are a short distance to Fort Rockvale restaurant/bar/casino, a gas station/convenience store, drive-in, and a.Mexican/American restaurant. There is a Post Office at Joliet, 6 miles away. The Billings International Airport is close by with 2 major hospitals in Billings, 27 miles.

Campground is located conveniently to off-premises seasonal recreation and fun events: rodeos, fairs, Indian country, nature center at Red Lodge and zoo west of Billings, etc., festivals, fiestas, holiday celebrations, sports, skiing, snowmobiling, motorcycle climbs, hot air balloon fest, races, horse-back rides, and shopping centers, museums, art galleries, theaters, concerts.
Directions: Rockcreek Campground, 4230 US Highway 310 (number is on post at entrance), is located in south-central Montana at Rockvale, .1 mile south of junction US 212-US 310, on the east side of US 310. On I-90 going east or west, turn south at Laurel, exit 434 onto US 212-US 310, 14 miles to junction at Rockvale, stay south on US 310, another .1 mile to entrance on left (east). From Wyoming, go north about 40 miles on US 310, cross Rockcreek bridge, .1 mile to campground entrance on the right (east). We are bordered by Rockcreek and US 310. (Watch for large sign at entrance)
