Bank West's lobby is open Monday through Thursday from 9:30am to 4:00pm and Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm. The drive-up/walk-up is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm (noon).
For a nominal fee, we provide services to people who are not members of our financial institution or don't have an account with us.
We provide currency exchange for most countries, primarily Canadian. For currencies other than Canadian, customers must place an order in advance and may have to wait as long as two weeks for the currency to arrive. We also handle money transfers, both by wire, ACH and interbranch within Montana and other Wells Fargo affiliates, as well as competitors.
