The Coyote Roadhouse Restaurant, established in Bigfork in 1986, instantly achieved a Mobile Guide 'Three Star' rating. Travel and Leisure Magazine has designated it as 'Montana's Best Restaurant.' Executive Chef and owner Gary Hastings, proudly displays his numerous cooking awards and magazine reviews in the lobby of the Inn. The restaurant boasts a unique Italian wine selection. ""The exclusive wines we present from Italy are very special in the respect that they come from small wineries which only produce 150-250 thousand bottles per year, and consumption of these wines was for Italians only. We at the Coyote have hand-picked each of these wines in Italy for your pleasure in the marriage of our food and wine."" ~Executive Chef and Owner: Gary R. Hastings~ Chef Hastings prepares a nightly menu of 5-6 special entrees consisting of an eclectic selection of creative Cajun, Southwestern Mayan, and Tuscan county gourmet cooking, including salads, soups, and desserts. The dining room is tailor-made for exclusive and intimate dining, and is open to both the general public and Inn guests. Reservations are required, and seating begins at 5:30pm. Wednesday through Sunday with the last seating at 8:00pm.
