Rich in history and Native American culture, St. Ignatius is a small town on the Flathead Indian Reservation offering spectacular views of the Mission Valley and range. The Flathead Indian Museum has an extensive collection of authentic Native American crafts, art and artifacts, primarily from the Flathead and Kootenai tribes. There is also a sampling of artifacts from other US and Canadian tribes, along with a wildlife exhibit.

Directions: Flathead Indian Museum & Trading Post is located at the heart of the Flathead Indian Reservation on Highway 93 in St. Ignatius 40 miles north of I-90 at Missoula in route to Glacier National Park.
